my basic advice is that google + w3schools are your best friend! i literally started off by coding my tumblr bio with <b> and <i> and stuff. both nekoweb + visual studio code (as a coding program) are both very friendly for beginners too. whenever i'd want to do something and didn't know how, i'd just look it up on google or w3schools and look at the tutorial and guide for it until it eventually became muscle memory!
